2006 launched my opportunity to interview some VIP’s at various conventions. I enjoyed meeting so many new people that I decided it was time to take “In The SPOTLight” to the next level– to a tri-annual web-based publication. When I started “ITS” I wanted it to feature someone that you might meet at a convention or someone that you should meet at con. There was always so much more to know about all the wonderful people I met. During the first year, “ITS” allowed me that format. Sakura-Con 2006 convention coverage gave me a new focus. I featured Michael “Piano Squall” Gluck for “ITS” vol. 2 ed. 2 and that is what pushed my focus into making this more streamlined into a publication. By Fanime-Con 2006 I knew that there would be some big improvements to “ITS” and there were a few suggestions thrown in there along the way. Time and income suddenly became a big priority, so “ITS” needed to fit my BSaphire version 5.0 lifestyle. Thus the tri-annual format was born. Turning into a tri-annual release would give time opportunities that were not really available before. It allows for better articles, more diverse topics, and more opportunities for reader involvement. New headings include: ITS game OVER!, Art-ITS, ITS time 4 con, ITS music to my ears, and ITS ok to eat. In the SPOTLight section will stay the unique feature that it is, but with its new additions to the family it becomes more interesting. If you are interested in submitting a request, info, art, recipes and more check out the information at: http://www.bluesaphireproductions.com/prpits.htm I hope you enjoy the new look. Till next time... Anime Wishes & Cosplay Dreams!!! ^^) BSaphire |
